Another alternate energy source manufacturer, which received a boost from the Obama administration, is going bankrupt. Abound Solar, a Colorado-based solar panel maker, will file for bankruptcy. Abound Solar received a $400 million loan guarantee from the Energy Department, which later froze its credit line at $70 million. Abound joins Solyndra and Beacon Power as energy firms, which have gone bankrupt, after receiving money from the Obama administration. The bankruptcy filing will place 125 people out of work.
