As Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy continues his trip to China, one-week after the Democratic National Convention, another company is closing its doors. Unilever’s Connecticut plant in Killingworth will close for good in December, leaving 88 people out of work. The firm is known for making Dove soap and Lipton teas, among other products. Finlay Printing of Bloomfield announced earlier this week it is closing for good.
