When the Two Storm Panel created by Governor Dannel P. Malloy, included “climate change” in its report on Tropical Storm Irene and the surprise October snowstorm, award-winning meteorologist Art Horn called panel members “uninformed.”   And when Gov. Malloy added, “Because of climate change, we simply have to expect more hard weather and it happening more frequently,” the former TV weatherman called it “a political statement.”

There is little climate change

Horn said even “The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change at the UN has admitted global warming’s effect on the weather is so small, it’s completely overwhelmed by natural variability.  Horn, who has studied the global warming issue extensively over the last five years, said in some areas, the earth is actually getting cooler, instead of warmer.
