Six time repeat DUI offender

Six times, Frederick Weller was convicted of drunk driving, but that didn’t stop him from getting behind the wheel of his wife’s F-350 pick up truck.  On the night of Feb. 28, Weller was allegedly at the wheel on Route 7 in Sheffield, MA, when the vehicle struck and killed Moira Banks-Dobson, 24, driving a Toyota Corolla.  Banks-Dobson, a graduate of the Hotchkiss School in Lakeville and Yale University, had a promising future in music.  It all came crashing to an end that fateful night.  Dan Lovallo comments on the case.
